William Martin 'Billy' Kollar III

NAUGATUCK - William Martin Kollar III of Naugatuck passed away on March 16, 2018 in Pensacola, Florida. William was born October 3, 1963 in Sanford Florida and was the oldest of four children. He excelled in every aspect of his life as a son, a brother, grandfather and a friend.

Billy dedicated his life to being a father and considered his sons his four greatest accomplishments. Billy filled is life with family, was master of many trades, could always tell good story, would never turn down a good day of fishing, he loved the ocean and had a smile that would always light up a room. Billy carried the largest heart of any man and would help anyone in need. Billy is survived by his parents, William M Kollar Jr. and his wife Sherrie of MA. Janice Ledford Kollar of Naugatuck; sisters Pauline Durand and

Sherry Kollar, brother Michael Kollar, four sons Adam Kollar, Sammy Kollar, Marcus Kollar and Steven Ash, 7 grandchildren, Gracie, Nicholas, Aybrie, Eden, Cassie, CJ and Sabrina; several nieces and nephews as well as a special friend and mother of his 3 children Deana Kollar.

Billy will be dearly missed by the many people his kind heart and amazing acts of love have touched. He was an angel with no halo and one wing in the fire.

Funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family and there are no calling hours. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday April 21, 2018 at 10 am at the Polish American Club, 199 Bridge St, Naugatuck. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Naugatuck is assisting with arrangements.
