Vivian Tillotson

CHESHIRE - Vivian Tillotson, 82, passed away Thursday April 18, 2013 at Mid-State Medical Center in Meriden. She was the wife of the late Charles H. Tillotson.

Mrs. Tillotson was born July 23, 1930 in Derby, the daughter of the late Raymond and Ruth (Wood) Brian. She was a longtime Naugatuck resident before moving to Cheshire in the 1990s. During her years in Naugatuck she worked at Uniroyal as well as the Farm Shop and Robinson's Luncheonette. While living in Cheshire, she was a devoted member of the Cheshire Bible Chapel.

Mrs. Tillotson is survived by her sons George H. of Harrisville, RI, Lawrence B. of Pensacola, FL, Brian L. of Shelton, Bruce E. of West Haven, and David A. of Waterbury, her five grandchildren and her four great grandchildren.

Arrangements -Funeral services will be held on Monday April 22, 2013 at 11 a.m. at the Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family in St. James Cemetery in Naugatuck. Friends will be received by the family on Monday morning from 10 until the time of the service.
