Thomas Sienkowski

CHESHIRE- Thomas A. Sienkowski, Sr., 79, passed away December 2, 2012 at his residence. Husband of Patricia A. (Vitagliano) Sienkowski.

Born July 8, 1933 in Norwich, son of the late Konstanty and Bridget (Snurkowski) Sienkowski.

Thomas was a veteran of the Korean War. He was employed as an Accountant at Timex prior to his retirement.

Besides his wife he is survived by three children; Thomas A. Jr. and his wife Nancy (Simpson) Sienkowski, Andrea and her husband Theodore Holsworth, and Connie and her husband Brian Klanica; five grandsons Richard and his wife Jacqueline Sienkowski, Thomas A. Sienkowski III, John Holsworth, Justin and Ben Klanica; and two granddaughters Krissy and her husband Jordan Dorsey, and Allie Holsworth. Thomas was predeceased by a son Gerald Jude Sienkowski, and a brother William Sienkowski.

Arrangements-There are no calling hours. His funeral will be held December 15, 2012 at 10 am in St. Thomas Becket Church, 435 North Brooksvale Road Cheshire, CT 06410. Family and friends are asked to meet directly at church. Burial will be held in St. Bridget Cemetery, Higgins Road, Cheshire following the mass. The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main St, 06410 is in charge of the arrangements.
