Thomas SanAngelo

NAUGATUCK - Thomas R. SanAngelo, 64, passed away October 24, 2013 at Abbott Terrace after a long illness.

Tom was born October 5, 1949, in Waterbury, the son of the late Michael F. and Deana Mae (Noragong) SanAngelo. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the U.S. Army where he earned two purple hearts. He worked in various manufacturing companies in the greater Waterbury area. He enjoyed reading and word games.

He is survived by his sister Sharon SanAngelo of Naugatuck; brothers Ron of Hanson, MA, Robert of Firestone, CO, James of Naugatuck, and Ray of Thomaston; as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Tom was predeceased by his brothers John and Charlie.

Arrangements - A graveside service with Military Honors will be held on Tuesday October 29, 2013 at 10 a.m. at Grove Cemetery in Naugatuck. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to an organization of the donor's choice. The Alderson Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow St. is assisting with arrangements.
