Steven F. Zentek

Mr. Steven Zentek, 66, of Cheshire, passed away Tuesday June 20, 2023 at the Masonicare Health Center in Wallingford, surrounded by his family.

Steven was born January 11, 1957 in Waterbury a son of the late Frank and Lyda (Mumley) Zentek and was a longtime Cheshire resident. He was a graduate of Cheshire High School. Having a strong work ethic, Steven had worked for several area businesses, including, Bozzuto’s Distributors, F.F. Hitchcock, Bowman Plumbing and Heating and at A-1 Environmental Recycling.

Steven leaves his brothers, Arthur Zentek and Daniel Zentek and his wife Sue and their sons Christopher  and Bryan and his sister Carol Ross and her daughter Ashleigh.

Funeral services in celebration of Steven’s life will be held on Wednesday June 28, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire 615 South Main Street. Family and friends may gather at the funeral home from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service at 6:00 p.m.
