Michael Rogers

Naugatuck, CT - Michael C. Rogers, 52, died peacefully on March 17, 2018 at his home.

Michael was born on September 29, 1965 in Akron, OH a son of John C. Rogers and the late Kathleen (Fitzpatrick) Rogers and had lived in Naugatuck for most of his life. He was an avid history buff and enjoyed different genres of music. Michael was the New England Patriots biggest fan.

Michael is survived by his father and his step mother, John C. and Mary Ann Rogers of Oxford; his sister, Tina Herman and her husband, Dr. Glenn Herman of Woodbury; his brothers, John F. Rogers and his fiancé, Colleen Thomas of Guilford and Garrett B. Rogers and his wife, Karen Rogers of Hamden; his step brothers Jeffrey and Eric Drayton (Kimberly), a step sister Jill Drayton, and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather to remember Michael on Saturday, March 24, 2018 from 10:00 - 11:00am at the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck. Burial will immediately follow in Southford Cemetery, Oxford.
