Watertown, CT Philip Rodriguez, 61, died January 7, 2022 at Waterbury Hospital.
Philip was born December 4, 1960 in Bridgeport, CT. Separated from his sister Elaine when their mother passed away, Philip and Elaine were reunited and have lived together in Watertown for the past 10 years. Philip was an extremely happy person, always smiling, especially when he was saying no to someone. He was genuinely happy to see everyone and he liked sitting by the window and enjoying the sights.
Sincere thanks to everyone at St. Vincent Day Program in Stratford and to Bidwell in Waterbury. A very special thank you, with gratitude and love, to his family at Aspire.
Philip is survived by his sister, Elaine Rodriguez of Watertown and his dear friends, whose lives he touched in an extraordinary way.
Services will be held privately and at a later date. The Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck has been entrusted with Philip’s arrangements.
