Ronald Robinson

Prospect-Ronald G. Robinson, 81, passed away on Monday, September 23, 2013. He was the husband of the late Judith (Petersen) Robinson.

Mr. Robinson was born on August 27, 1932 in Burlington, VT a son of the late Gordon Robinson and Dorothy (Sherman) Robinson. He was the owner and operator of Sheet Metal Maintenance in New Haven. He was a member of the VFW Post 8075 in Prospect, M.P. on the Berlin Wall, member of the America Legion and in his later years loved talking to other Vets.

He is survived by his five sons, Ronald G. Robinson and his wife Mary of Bethany, Andrew N. Robinson and his wife Deborah of Bethany, Lawrence Robinson and his wife Kathy of Lakeland, FL, Gary J. Robinson and his wife Bonnie of Bethany, Jeff E. Robinson and his wife Kathy of Northford, and one duaghter, Catherine Wise and husband James of NY, one step daughter, Kimberly Mangieri of Prospect, one brother, Harold Robinson and his wife Peggy of North Fort Myers, FL. He will also be missed by thirteen grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held on Friday, September 27, 2013 at 7:00 p.m. at the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 26 Waterbury Rd, Rte. 69, Prospect. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday evening from 6:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
