MERIDEN - Roberta J. (Jackson) Graves, 63, passed away at Hartford Hospital Thursday July 15, 2010. She was the wife of the late Franklin Graves.
Mrs. Graves was born September 22, 1946 in Waterbury, the daughter of the late Robert and Dorothy (Aspell) Jackson. She had worked for both Aetna Insurance Company for 18 years and Travelers Insurance Company for 19 years until her retirement in 2006.
Mrs. Graves is survived by her sister Dorothy Jackson of Cheshire as well as several cousins.
Arrangements - Family and friends will be received on Monday July 19, 2010 9:00 a.m. at the Alderson Funeral Home followed by a procession to St. Bridget Church for Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Bridget Cemetery. Contributions in loving memory of Roberta may be made to Faith Living Church, 12 Grove Street, Plantsville, CT 06479.
