Robert Neuman

WATERBURY - Robert Neuman, 75, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2017 at St. Mary's Hospital.

Mr. Neuman was born April 19, 1941 in Brooklyn, NY, the son of the late Andrew and Edith (Sutcliffe) Neuman. After high school Mr. Neuman served his country in the U.S. Navy. He was a longtime resident of Oregon and Illinois before moving to Connecticut eight years ago.

Mr. Neuman is survived by his daughter Debra Neuman of Waterbury; his son Robert Neuman of Guam; his sister Marlene Neuman of Long Isand, NY; his brother William Neuman of Long Island, NY; his grandchildren, Jessica Wrigley and Samuel Neuman; and his great granddaughter Gabriella. Besides his parents, he is predeceased by his brothers, Harold, Jeffrey, Arthur, Johnny; and his sister Elaine.

Arrangements - A graveside service with military honors will be held on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the State Veteran's Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown. There are no calling hours. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Waterbury is assisting with arrangements.
