Robert C. Draper

CHESHIRE - Robert C. Draper, 53, passed away Saturday, November 28, 2015 at his home. He was the husband of Lenore “Lee” (Powell) Draper.

Mr. Draper was born July 5, 1962 in Detroit, MI, the son of the late Robert F. and Caren (Colby) Draper. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps for ten years with an honorable discharge. He was employed as an Electrical Service Technician in both the Bio-Medical and Advertising Fields after his discharge from the Marines. He as an avid water and snow skier and also enjoyed golfing.

Besides his wife of 18 years, Mr. Draper is survived by his son Robert K. Draper of Branford; his daughter Sasha L. Crosby and her husband Keith Crosby of East Haven; his sister Marylynn Smith of Pompano Beach FL; and his granddaughter, Mackenzie Rose Crosby.

Arrangements – Funeral services with Military Honors will be held on Sunday December 6, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service.
