Richard Barbieri

WATERBURY- Richard M. Barbieri, 68, passed away Monday December 19, 2011 at his residence. He was the husband of Dianne S. (Pratt) Barbieri.

He was born September 29, 1943 in Waterbury son of the late Michael and Frances (Orso) Barbieri.

Richard was a graduate of Cheshire High School Class of 1962. He was employed at Conn Tech Products as a Toolmaker prior to his retirement. He was a communicant of St. Anthony's Church in Prospect.

Besides his wife Richard is survived by two sons Michael J. and his wife Jennifer Barbieri of Cheshire, and Nicholas R. Barbieri of New Britain; a sister Jackie and her husband Stan Slogeris of Cheshire; two grandsons Nathan, and Ryan Barbieri; and many nieces and nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS- A private Memorial Service for Richard will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. The Alderson Funeral Home of Waterbury, 9 Holmes Ave, 06710 is in charge of the arrangements. Donations in Richard's name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
