Wolcott – It is with great sadness that the family of Raymond F. Cullen announces his passing after a lengthy illness, on Monday, January 8, 2018, at the age of 79. Raymond will be lovingly remembered by his wife Marilyn (Mahon) Cullen.

Mr. Cullen is survived by his children: son Raymond D. Cullen and daughters Robin Cullen and Terri Mae Cullen. He will be missed by his grandchildren: Eric Raymond Oulundsen and Alexis N. Jurewicz. His sister Nancy Hacker, as well as several nieces and nephews also survive him. He is predeceased by 4 brothers and 4 sisters as well as both parents.

Mr. Cullen was born February 21, 1938 in Waterbury, a son of the late Bernard and Hannora (Muller) Cullen. During his life he was an avid bowler and former member of the Masons. In later years, he enjoyed trips to the casino as well as playing cards and doing jigsaw puzzles with his wife. He was retired from the A&P Grocery Stores where he was employed as manager of the meat department.

Friends and family may call from 5 - 7 p.m. on the evening of Thursday, January 11, 2018 at Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main Street. There will be a private burial at the convenience of the family.
