NAUGATUCK - Cynthia (Cindy) J. Rapp, 54, passed away on Tuesday, April 15, 2014, at Saint Mary's Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Harold Rapp.

Mrs. Rapp was born on Nov. 1, 1959, in Waterbury, a daughter of Eugene and Dorothy (Sweeney) Leonard. She was a homemaker to her husband and five sons.

Besides her husband, Cindy is survived by her sons, Ryan, Justin and David Rapp and Robbie and Cory Leonard. She is also survived by her two sisters, Kathleen Sullivan and her husband, John, of Southbury and Maureen Kaminski and her husband, Tom, of Naugatuck, and her brother, Eugene Leonard Jr. and his wife, Melissa, of Naugatuck. She will also be missed by her four grandchildren, one niece and three nephews.

The memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2014, at 11 a.m. at the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave., Naugatuck. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may call at the funeral home Wednesday morning from 10 a.m. until the start of the service.
