Christine Quinn

Beacon Falls - Christine Quinn, 63, passed away on Thursday, June 27, 2013 at Griffin Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

Christine was born on December 21, 1949, in Derby, the daughter of the late Francis and Ruth (Wisnewski) Quinn. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School in Waterbury and resided most of her life in Beacon Falls. She was the loving mother of her son Timothy, who was her pride and joy.

Besides her son, she is survived by four sisters, Susan Wesner and her husband Arthur of Newington, Francine Wasko and her husband Michael of Seymour, Ruth Quinn of Beacon Falls, and Julienne Acosta of Santa Rosa, CA. She is also survived by her brother Michael Quinn and his wife Susanne of Beacon Falls. She was predeceased by her brother, Peter Quinn. She will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and close friends.

The funeral will be held on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, 25 Maple Ave, Beacon Falls. Everyone is asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery in Naugatuck. Friends may call at the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck on Monday evening from 5-7 p.m.
