NAUGATUCK, CT Gloria Pinto, 90, of Naugatuck, widow of Antonio Pinto, died Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at Beacon Brook Health Center surrounded by her loving family.

Mrs. Pinto was born in Gralhos, Portugal a daughter of the late Vicente and Isabel (Perreira) Fernandes and had lived in Naugatuck most of her life. Mrs. Pinto worked as a seamstress, having retired from Waterbury Garment, and was a communicant of Our Lady of Fatima Church in Waterbury.

Mrs. Pinto is survived by her daughter and son in law, Lenore and Art Nunes, her son and daughter in law, John and Beatrice Pinto and her son Lenny Pinto all of Naugatuck, her grandchildren Julie Jannetty, John Pinto, Tina Vassallo, Tammi Pinto, Justin Nunes, Len Pinto and Stacey Meister, 13 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 2071 Baldwin Street, Waterbury. Relatives and friends are kindly asked to meet directly at Church. Burial will be in St. James Cemetery. Calling hours are Friday from 5:00 to 8:00pm at Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue.
