Peter L. DeVit
Cheshire - Peter L. DeVit, 83, passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017 at his home. He was the husband of Ingrid E. (Dickson) DeVit.
Mr. DeVit was born April 20, 1934 in New Haven, the son of the late Peter F. and Rina (Calza) DeVit. He served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Besides his wife of 60 years, He is survived by his daughter Fina Cicerchia of Lincoln, RI; his son Peter DeVit, Jr. of Propect; his brother Ted DeVit of FL; his brother-in-law, Richard Dickson; his sister-in-law, Gail Dickson Ashe; his grandchildren Fina & Korin DeVit; as well as many cousins here and in Sweden.
Arrangements – Funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family and there are no calling hours. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home is assisting with arrangements.
