Naugatuck-Wanda (Yrchik) Paulukaitis, 83, of 92 Birch Lane, passed away unexpectadly at her home on Monday, April 6, 2010. She was the widow of John E. Paulukaitis.
Mrs. Paulukaitis was born on January 6, 1927 in Seymour, CT, a daughter of the late John and Annie (Samokar) Yrchik. She was retired from Seymour Trust Company where she worked for 47 years.
She is survived her two sisters, Bertha Baranauskas and Helen Kudej both of Seymour, two nieces, Judy MacLennan of Ridgewood, NJ and Debbie Yrchik-Schoemaker of Wakefield, RI, two nephews, Edward Kudej of Easton, CT and John Yrchik of Chester, CT, and four great nieces and one great nephew.
She was predeceased by two brothers Joseph and Stanley Yrchik.
The funeral will be held on Friday, April 9, 2010 at 10:30 a.m. from the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck to St. Francis of Assisi Church for a mass at 11:00 a.m. Burial will be in Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Friday morning from 9-10:30 a.m.
