Patrick was born on December 18, 1949 in Waterbury and proudly served in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.
Services with Military Honors will be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 1:00pm at the CT State Veterans Cemetery, 317 Bow Lane, Middletown, CT 06457.
There are no calling hours and arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck.
