JEANNETTE GRACE O'DONNELL
CROMWELL, CT Jeannette Grace O’Donnell, 83, formerly of Naugatuck, died Monday at Wadsworth Glen Health Center in Middletown.
Jeannette was born August 30, 1931 in Naugatuck a daughter of the late John and Anne (Miller) O’Donnell and attended local schools. She graduated from the X-ray program at Patterson General Hospital in New Jersey and had worked in the medical field for many years. Jeannette loved animals, and also enjoyed working as a veterinarian’s assistant.
Jeannette is survived by a sister Jane and her husband Ben, 3 nieces, 1 nephew, 3 grand nieces and several cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday, September 5, 2014 at 11:00am at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 338 Church Street, Naugatuck. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery. There are no calling hours. The Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck has been entrusted with the arrangements.
