Nancy Ann Poust

WOLCOTT- Nancy Ann Poust, 70, passed away Thursday, September 26, 2019 in the VITAS Inpatient Hospice Unit of St. Mary’s Hospital surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her husband Jay Poust on June 23, 2014.

Mrs. Poust was born January 20, 1949 in Waterbury, daughter of the late William and Joan Hoinsky Farrell.

Nancy was a graduate of Wilby High School. She was a Supervisor with the State of Connecticut prior to her retirement, and a member of the VFW Post 201 Auxiliary.

She is survived by her children Edward and his wife Dawn Dubinsky of Wolcott; Carol and her husband Carl Holznagel of Meriden, and Janis (Poust) Robichaud; two brothers William Farrell of Lake City, FL, and Thomas and his wife Donna Farrell of Waterbury; a sister Patrica and her husband Joseph Catalani of Waterbury; four grandchildren Kelsi Keaveney, Craig Keaveney, Randy Dubinsky, and Kagen Jensen; one great grandchild Kenzie Rabis; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours for Mrs. Poust will be held 2 to 4 P.M, Sunday, September 29, 2019 at The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Waterbury, 496 Chase Ave, 06704. A service will be held at 4 PM to conclude calling hours. Burial will take in Grove Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
