Nadine LaRowe

Waterbury - Nadine LaRowe, 53, loving Mother, Grandmother and Wife, formerly of Naugatuck, passed away Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at St. Mary's Hospital surrounded by family and friends after a courageous battle with breast cancer. She was the daughter of Irene (Mitchell) Gartland and the wife of Thomas Russell.

Nadine was born October 12, 1964 in New Haven and resided most of her life in Naugatuck where she graduated from Naugatuck High School, class of 1982. She was employed for many years at Ideal Manufacturing in Beacon Falls and most recently at Caraluzzi’s Market in Newtown. She was active with Seymour Pink, an organization who passionately raises money to fight breast cancer.

Besides her mother and husband, Nadine is survived by her daughter Tiffany LaRowe of Watertown; her son Drew LaRowe and his wife Gina of Waterbury; her grandchildren Julien, Noah and Lola; her step-daughter Jennifer Russell of Hamden; her step-son Thomas Russell and his wife Kristina of Bristol; her brother Kenneth Gartland of Naugatuck; as well as many loving friends and family.

Arrangements – Funeral services will be held on Sunday, January 21, 2018 at 6 pm at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow Street. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be Sunday, January 21 from 4pm until the start of the service at 6pm.
