Monique Jean Tyndall

Monique Jean Tyndall, 94 of Cheshire, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at her home. She was the wife of the late Joseph Tyndall. 

Monique, or Mickey as she was called, was born September 7, 1929, in St. Hyacinthe, Canada, the daughter of the late Medric and Bertha (Racine) Girouard. Mickey worked for Bayer Corporation for several years before she retired. She was a communicant of St. Bridget of Sweden Parish-St. Thomas Becket Church.

Mickey is survived by her children Thomas Tyndall (Millie), Karen Sciascia (Anthony), John Tyndall (Angie), and Patricia Ferrara (Pasquale); her sister Mariele Hills; her grandchildren David, Michael, Ryan, and Shawn; as well as her 11 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her siblings John Girouard, Frances Hogan, and Jacqueline Trella. 

Arrangements – Visitation will be held on Monday, July 8, 2024, from 5 to 7 pm at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St. Her funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Tuesday at 9:30 am and proceed to St. Bridget of Sweden Parish – St. Thomas Becket Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 am. Burial will follow at St. Bridget Cemetery.
