Michael Recchia

WATERBURY- Michael Recchia, 48, passed away unexpectedly, Friday June 10, 2016 at his residence.

Mr. Recchia was born May 5, 1968 in Waterbury son of Vincent and Diane (Geloso) Recchia.

Michael was a graduate of Naugatuck High School, Class of 1986, and will always be known for his passion of watching sports. Above all he loved being a great father and spending time with his son Nico. He will be forever missed by his family

Besides his parents and his son he is survived by his sister Deanna Recchia-Langenheim and her husband Scott Langenheim of Waterbury; and his long time companion Gina Zaiko.

Arrangements- A funeral mass for Mr. Recchia will be held 10 A.M Thursday June 16, 2016 at St. Patrick Church, 50 Charles St, Waterbury, CT 06708. Family and friends are asked to meet directly at church. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family, and there are no calling hours. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Waterbury, 9 Holmes Ave, 06710 is assisting with the arrangements.
