Deanna Merriman

Beacon Falls – Deanna Peck Merriman, 76, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2014 after a long battle with pulmonary fibrosis.

The daughter of Burton and Nellie Peck, she is survived by her husband, Paul Merriman of Beacon Falls, sons Burton Hansell of Beacon Falls, Daniel Hansell of Milford, and Robert Merriman of Vineyard Haven, Ma. She will also be missed by her grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Before her retirement, she was employed at Stone Safety Equipment in Wallingford as an Electronic assembler.

Deanna enjoyed camping trips, tending to her flower garden, and visiting museums and state parks.

Graveside services will be held on Friday, November 21, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. at the Oak Hill Cemetery, 95 Flanders St, Southington. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at the Naugatuck Kingdom Hall, 49 Bowman Dr, Naugatuck.
