MaryJane Wilson

Cheshire ' MaryJane Wilson, 82, of E. Mitchell Ave., passed away Sunday, July 5, 2009 at Yale New Haven Hospital. She was the wife of the late Leonard H. Wilson.

Mrs. Wilson was born October 2, 1926 in New Haven the daughter of the late William and Bridget (Highland) Clossick. She was a long time Bethany resident before moving to Cheshire in the mid-90's. She was active in both the Cheshire and Bethany Seniors and ran the bingo at Cheshire Village. She was a communicant of St. Bridget Church in Cheshire and was previously a member of the Ladies Guild at Our Lady of Assumption in Woodbridge and the Choir at St. Vincent's in Naugatuck.

Mrs. Wilson is survived by her son L. Paul Wilson and his wife Peggy of Rose, NY; her daughter Gail Greco and her husband Guy E. of Seymour; her brother William Clossick; her sisters Ellen McNeil and Margaret Clossick; three grandchildren.

Arrangements ' Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 15, 2009, 9:15 from the Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St., to St. Bridget Church for Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 3 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
