Mary Larson

CHESHIRE - Mary C. Larson, 83, passed away Sunday March 11, 2012 at the Skyview Center in Wallingford. She was the wife of 52 years to the late Arthur Larson.

Mrs. Larson was born May 1, 1928 in Ogdensburg, NY, the daughter of the late Erwin and Doris (Long) Chilton. She graduated from the Albany School of Nursing in Albany New York. She was a long time resident of Cheshire and was an active Registered Nurse for many years at Meriden Wallingford Hospital, The American Red Cross and later in her career volunteering at Elim Park.

Mrs. Larson is survived by her children Art Larson and his daughter Emma, Tom Larson his wife Gail and their children Tom and Erica, Ralph Larson and his wife Laurie and their children Matthew and Olivia. Besides her husband, Mrs. Larson is predeceased by her son Robert.

A Memorial Service will be held at the convenience of the family and there are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to Connecticut Hospice, 100 Double Bench Road, Branford, CT 06405.
