Mary Brinker

Cheshire-Mary Jean Brinker, age 95, entered into rest on July 20, 2013 at the Highlands Health Care Center in Cheshire. She was the beloved wife of the late George F. Brinker. Mary Jean was born on Feb. 25, 1918, in Perryapolis, PA, daughter of the late Roswell and Sarah Nutt Sisley.

Jean was a long time member of the Cheshire United Methodist Church, an avid reader and enjoyed bowling.

Mary Jean is the loving mother of James and his wife Carol Brinker; Vickie and her husband Charles Vaillancourt; Robert and his wife the late Cheryl Brinker and Jill Volza. She is also survived by 9 loving grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.

All services for Mary Jean are private and at the convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cheshire United Methodist Church, 205 Academy Road, Cheshire, CT 06410.
