Mary "Angie" Rosello

Wallingford - Mary “Angie” Rosello, 94, passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021, at Apple Rehab Coccomo. She was the wife of the late Modesto “Moe” Rosello Jr.

Mrs. Rosello was born May 6, 1927, in Hamden, the daughter of the late Gaetano and Concetta (Ferucci) Raccio. She was a longtime Cheshire resident, moving from Hamden in the early 1960s. She was a communicant of St. Bridget of Sweden Parish where she was a member of the Ladies Guild. She was a member of the Cheshire Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary.

She was known to many for her warm smile as well as her infectious laugh.

Mrs. Rosello is survived by her daughters Carole Bates, Leslie Rosello, and Patricia Goldsmith; her brother Gaetano Raccio Jr.; her sister Margie Mineo; her grandchildren Kristen Bates, Aaron Bates, Tony Rosello, and Daniel Rosello; her 3 great-grandchildren as well as her great-great-grandchild and many cousins. In addition to her parents and her husband, she is predeceased by her son Donald Rosello; her brother Peter Raccio and her sister Rose Massaro.

Arrangements – Funeral services and committal will be held at the convenience of the family in St. Bridget Cemetery and there are no calling hours. The Alderson-Ford Funeral home of Cheshire is assisting with arrangements.
