Marjorie Haller

Marjorie H. Haller, 97, passed away Sunday April 15, 2012 at the Highlands Healthcare center in Cheshire. She was the wife of the late Karl Haller.

Mrs. Haller was born September 11, 1914 in Cheshire, the daughter of the late Raymond and Nellie (Jones) Hine. She was a lifelong Cheshire resident where she was a member of the Cheshire United Methodist Church. She was active with the Methodist Church by serving on the Ladies Guild and as Communion Steward for several years.

Mrs. Haller is survived by her daughters Karen Conrad of Cheshire and Linda Ludecke and her husband Mark of Cheshire; her three grandchildren Kristen Conrad Drapeau, Erin Ludecke Seger and Christopher Ludecke as well as her three great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her sister Ruth Hine Martin and her granddaughter Karla Conrad.

Arrangements - A Graveside service will be held on Thursday April 19, 2012 at 11 a.m. at Cheshire Hillside Cemetery, Wallingford Rd., Cheshire. There are no calling hours. Memorial contributions may be made to the Cheshire United Methodist Church, 205 Academy Road, Cheshire, CT 06410 or to an organization of the donor's choice. The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire is assisting with arrangements.
