Marie Therese Pecoraro

CHESHIRE- Marie Therese (Cooney) (Williams) Pecoraro, 86, passed away Tuesday March 16, 2021 at her residence.

Mrs. Pecoraro was born in Providence, RI only child of Frederick P. and Mary M. (Fay) Cooney.

Marie was a graduate of St. Mary’s Academy, BayView, Riverside, and Bryant College with a degree in Medical Secretarial. She was a member of Sigma Iota Chi sorority. Marie was employed by various corporations including Cott Corp and Wallace Silversmiths here in Connecticut.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Jay Pecoraro. Marie leaves three children Susan M. and her husband Rob Robinson of Middlebury, Stephen R. and his wife Cynthia (Roy) Williams of Goshen, and Elizabeth Williams and her spouse Barbara Bryant of Berkeley, CA; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

All services for Mrs. Pecoraro will be private and held at the convenience of the family. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main St, 06410 is assisting the family with the arrangements.
