Marguerite B. Ostuno

Marguerite B. (Beaudry) Ostuno, a longtime member of the Cheshire community, peacefully passed away on November 8, 2023, at Masonicare Health Center in Wallingford at the age of 98. She was born on June 5, 1925, in Auburn, Maine, to the late George and Amarilda (Sirois) Beaudry. Marguerite was a devoted wife to the late Joseph J. Ostuno, a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother and a cherished friend, leaving behind a legacy of kindness and strength.

Marguerite dedicated her life to her family and children. She was deeply rooted in her faith as a loyal communicant of Saint Bridget of Sweden Parish and an active member of Saint Bridget Church. Her devotion to her religion served as a guiding light, shaping her character and offering solace in times of joy and sorrow.

Marguerite will be lovingly remembered by her children, Charlotte Taylor, Joseph Ostuno, David Ostuno, Phyllis Ostuno, Roger Ostuno and Donald Ostuno and his wife Julie, her son-in-law Kurt Marschner along with her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews who were the joy of her later years. Along with her parents and husband Marguerite was predeceased by her daughter Linda Marschner and her brothers and sisters.
