John Mahan

John Charles Mahan, 86, died Friday, January 22, 2010 at Hospice Care Center of Brooksville, FL.
Born in Waterbury, he moved to Brooksville 21 years ago from Naugatuck. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Shirley.
Survivors include his wife, Justine; two sons, John T. "Jack" Mahan of Henderson, Nevada, and Brian T.Mahan of Whittier, CA; a daughter, Marilyn Tripp of Seymour, two grandchildren, Benjamin and Leena Mahan; and three great-grandchildren.
A memorial mass will be held on Saturday, March 27, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, 318 Church Street, Naugatuck. Burial is at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours and the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck is in charge of the arrangements.
