Lucille Brophy

Lucille (Guarino) Brophy, 62, of 125 Cancellaro Drive passed away Friday March 20, 2009 at home surrounded by her family.

Lucille was born December 13, 1945 daughter of Lucy (Fasano) Guarino and the late Anthony Guarino. She graduated from Crosby High School, Class of 1963, following school she was employed as an Office Manager for Dr. Frank Longo prior to her retirement.

In her spare time Lucille loved crossword puzzles, reading, taking care of her family, and and spending time with her grandchildren.

Lucille is survived by her former husband Joseph M. Brophy Sr. of Cape Cod, MA, two sons Joseph M. Brophy of Buffalo, NY, and Shawn Q. and his wife Dominicia Brophy of Las Vegas, NV, a daughter Melissa and her husband Thomas Levesque of Wolcott, a brother Patsy A. and his wife Paula Guarino of Waterbury, and seven grandchildren Zachary, Aidan, Tiffany, Joelle, Haley, Sage, and Jared.

Arrangements- There are no funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. There are no calling hours. The Mulville Funeral Home, 270 West Main St, Waterbury is in charge of the arrangements.
