Lorraine Cross

CHESHIRE - Lorraine M. Cross, 83, passed away Monday October 17, 2011 at her home. She was the wife of Richard N. Cross.

Mrs. Cross was born November 13, 1927 in Berlin, NH, the daughter of the late Alfred and Alice Marois. She was a longtime Cheshire resident where she was a communicant of St. Bridget Church and was a member of the Cheshire Women's Club. She was also known as a avid Bridge player.

Besides her husband of 59 years, Mrs. Cross is survived by her son Richard D. Cross of Cheshire; her daughters Susan Robbie and her husband William of Braselton, GA and Nancy Cross of Woodbridge; two grandchildren as well as two great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her son John Cross.

Arrangements - A Funeral service will be held on Friday October 21, 2011 at 10 a.m. at Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St., Cheshire. Burial will follow in St. Bridget Cemetery.
