Lloyd Parchment

NAUGATUCK - Lloyd Parchment, 83, passed away Wednesday, January 10, 2018 at his home.

He was the husband of Carmen (Williams) Parchment.

Mr. Parchment was born March 19, 1934 in St. Thomas, Jamaica, the son of the late Claudius and Bertina (Brown) Parchment. He was raised in Jamaica and had moved to the U.S. in the late 1960s. He was a retired Foreman from Ansonia Copper and Brass. He was an avid Cricket player, loved sports and enjoyed listening to Reggae music.

Besides his wife Carmen, Mr. Parchment is survived by his sons Leroy A. Parchment (Zulema) of Ansonia, Michael L. Parchment (Marian) of Naugatuck, and Pleaz Williams of GA; his grandchildren Alexis and Jarren; his siblings Inez, Linden, Stanford, Petrona, Laughton, Viveth, Fred, and Madge. He is predeceased by his sibling, Rupert, and Elaine.

Arrangements - The funeral will be held 11:30 am on Friday, January 19, 2018 at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Naugatuck, 201 Meadow St. Burial will follow in Grove Cemetery.
