Lev Sherents

CHESHIRE - Lev Sherents, 77, passed away Saturday, July 30, 2022, surrounded by his loving family, at Vitas Hospice Care Center at St. Mary’s Hospital in Waterbury. He was the husband of Galina (Kotler) Sherents.

Lev Sherents was born July 13, 1945 in Yerevan, Armenia, son of the late Azat and Knarik (Eranosyn) Sherents. He practiced as a physician in Russia, and owned multiple businesses since coming to the United States in 1987.

In addition to his wife Galina of 40 years, Mr. Sherents leaves behind his sons, Norman Sherents of Cheshire, and Vagan Sherents of Moscow, and his daughter, Knarik Delmonico and her husband, Ben, of Prospect. He will also be missed by his grandchildren, Alek Sherents and Anastasia Delmonico. He also leaves behind his sister Haykanush Sherents and niece Araksi Arakelyan Sherents of Yerevan.

Arrangements: Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on Tuesday, August 2, 2022 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home, 615 South Main St., Cheshire, CT. At the request of the family, his burial will be private.
