WATERTOWN — Marion D. (Chevrier) Larkin, 88, formerly of 12 Wolfhill Road, Wolcott, passed away on Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at Apple Rehab of Watertown.
Mrs. Larkin was born on Sept. 23, 1923, in Rose Blanche, Newfoundland, a daughter of the late Clarence and Elizabeth Skinner. She was retired from many area restaurants where she worked as a waitress for many years. She was a member of the Waterbury Elks Lodge and the Emblem Club.
She is survived by two daughters, Elaine Bellemare of Waterbury and Diane Smith of Waterbury, and her daughter-in-law, Joan Chevrier of Prospect. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Bret Chevrier and his wife, Jacque, Scot Chevrier and Michael Bellemare, and one great-granddaughter, Sophie Chevrier. She was predeceased by her son, Mark Chevrier.
The funeral will be held on Monday, July 30, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. from the Buckmiller Brothers Funeral Home, 26 Waterbury Road, Route 69, Prospect CT 06712, to St. Anthony's Church for a Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will be in Prospect Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Monday morning from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m.
