Julie Klimaszewski

Waterbury, CT Julie Klimaszewski, 69, died peacefully on April 3, 2017 at St. Francis Hospital in Hartford.

Julie was born on July 2, 1947 in Waterbury, CT the daughter of the late Creslo “Gus” Klimaszewski and Valerie (Oczkowski) Klimaszewski. Julie lived in Naugatuck for most of her life and was a parishioner of St. Hedwig’s Church. For many years she owned and operated Julie’s Beauty Salon, which was located on North Main Street in Union City.

Julie is survived by her brothers, James Klimaszewski and Richard Klimaszewski and her boyfriend, Joe Swiderski.

A Service will be held Friday, April 7, 2017 at 11:00am at the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck. Burial will be private and there are no calling hours. In lieu of flowers and to honor Julie’s memory, contributions can be made to the National Kidney Foundation, 1463 Highland Avenue, Cheshire, CT 06410.
