CHESHIRE – June A. Ingulli, 73, passed away at her home on September 1, 2017 after a long struggle with cancer. She was the wife of Alfred F. Ingulli.

Mrs. Ingulli was born March 6, 1944, in Salt Lake City, Utah, the daughter of the late John Joyce and June Zobel Joyce. She was a longtime Cheshire resident where she was a communicant of St. Thomas Becket Church. She graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s College with a degree in elementary education and taught in the Naugatuck, Ct. school system. She also received certification as a nurse and volunteered at Hospice as well as the Cub Scouts.

June was a devoted mother and a loving, caring and supportive wife. She displayed a great inner beauty and was loved by all who knew her.

Besides her husband of 51 years, Mrs. Ingulli is survived by her children Alfred and his wife Regina and John and his wife Katy; her grandchildren Kay, Tori, Brenton, Collin and Logan as well as many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements – Funeral services will be held on Monday September 4, 2017 with the funeral procession leaving the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St. at 9:30 for a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Thomas Becket Church at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in Walnut Grove Cemetery in Meriden, Ct. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to Smilow Cancer Hospital, Office of Development, PO Box 1849, New Haven, CT 06508 or to Regional Hospice 30 Milestone Rd., Danbury, Ct. 06810 or to Cancer Commons 5050 El Camino Real Los Altos, Ca. 94022.
