Joseph J. 'Joey' Zurowski

Joseph J. Zurowski, age 57, of South Meriden passed away on Wednesday, February 18, 2015, after a long illness at Smilow Cancer Hospital at Yale-New Haven. Joey was born on June 1, 1957 in Waterbury, son of the late Anthony Joseph and Berniece (Suwinski) Zurowski.

Joey is the beloved brother of Patricia A. Henn of Meriden, Barbara Wallace of Cheshire and Anthony Joseph Zurowski, Jr. of Cheshire. He is survived by his 5 cherished nieces and nephews and many loving extended family members, and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 So. Main Street, Cheshire, CT 06410 on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 6PM. Friends may greet the family at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4PM to 6PM. Burial will be private and at the convenience of his family.
