Marcus Johnson
Naugatuck, CT Marcus E. Johnson, 89, husband of the late Marilyn (Merritt) McGrath, died peacefully on Friday, May 13, 2016 at Paradigm Health Care Center of Waterbury.
Marcus was born on January 17, 1927 in Byrd, Texas the son of the late Antone and Stella (Steele) Johnson and had lived in Naugatuck for the past 15 years. He worked for most of his career in farming and landscaping.
Marcus is survived by his caregivers, Kathleen and Michael Cerchia of Naugatuck.
All services are private and there are no calling hours. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Buckmiller Thurston Mengacci Funeral Home, 82 Fairview Avenue, Naugatuck.
