John Raymond Mancinelli
John Raymond Mancinelli, age 48, of Bridgeport and formerly of Prospect, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, October 6, 2016 at his home. John was born on January, 14, 1968 in Meriden, son of Harriet “Judy” (Martin) Chatfield and Raymond Mancinelli.
John obtained his Associate’s degree from Stone College in New Haven, and had been employed with Earth Animal in Westport as their Sales Manager. He was fond of animals, especially dogs and enjoyed vacationing in Nantucket.
He is the beloved son of Judy Chatfield of Mattapoisett, MA and Raymond Mancinelli and his wife, Susan of York, ME, and loving brother of Sarah Morgen of Moseley, VA, Kim Cashman and her husband, David Galvin of South Bend, Indiana and Holly Cashman and her wife, Heather Nestor of Newburyport, MA. He is also survived by his two cherished nephews, Zachary Mueller and Rhys Rogers; and many treasured friends from Earth Animal.
Services for John will be private and at the convenience of his family and friends. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Cheshire has been entrusted with his arrangements.
