WATERBURY- Joan Langin, 89, passed away, Monday, May 10, 2010 at Meridian Manor Health and Rehabilitation Center in Waterbury. She was predeceased by her husband Herbert George Langin.
Joan was born March 1, 1921 in Epsom, Surrey, England.
Joan was a member of the Christ Episcopal Church in Waterbury; she also was a very active volunteer with the Salvation Army.
Joan is survived by her son David Langin of Waterbury.
Arrangements- A private graveside service for Joan will be held at New Pine Grove Cemetery, Waterbury. Burial will follow after the service. There are no calling hours. The Alderson Funeral Home of Waterbury, 9 Holmes Ave, is in charge of the arrangements. Donations in Joan's name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
