CHESHIRE - Jane C. Bradley, 82, passed away peacefully Tuesday May 22, 2012 at the Alzheimer's Resource Center in Plantsville. She was the wife of the late Francis P. Bradley Jr.
Mrs. Bradley was born July 12, 1929 in Manhattan, the daughter of the late John P. and Catherine (King) Carey. She was the office manager for many years at Dr. Greenberg's office in Hamden. She was a longtime Cheshire resident where she was a communicant of St. Thomas Becket Church.
Her family would like to thank the entire staff at the Alzheimer's Resource Center for their love, care and support over the years.
Mrs. Bradley is survived by her children Catherine Batorski and her husband Kenneth of Canton, Frank Bradley and his wife Mary of Plantsville and Therese Bradley and Deborah Michaels of Cheshire; her brothers John Carey and his wife Lorraine and Peter Carey and his wife Loretta both of New York; her six grandchildren Carrie, Kira, Frank, Ed, Robert, and Victoria; her 7 great grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews. Besides her husband, she is predeceased by her daughter Virginia.
Arrangements - Funeral services will be held on Tuesday May 29, 2012 9:15 from the Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 S. Main St. to St. Thomas Becket Church for Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Bridget Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Tuesday morning at the funeral home from 8:30 until the funeral procession leaves for church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Resource Center.
