Cheshire - James Archambault, 74 passed away at his home on Saturday, February 11, 2017. He was the beloved husband of Kristina (Hosko) Archambault.
Mr. Archambault was born on May 2, 1942 in Waterbury, a son of the late Louis E. Archambault Sr. and Ruth (Garrigus) Archambault. He attended Wolcott schools and graduated from Wilby High School. He received his B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut. Before his retirement, Jim was an electrical design engineer for several companies, most recently, C&M Corporation in Wauregan, Ct. Jim served on the board of The Friends of the Cheshire Library as a Trustee.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Archambault is survived by his brothers, Richard and Raymond, both of Florida, and his sisters, Flora Ayers and Elaine Roberts, both of Wolcott. He was predeceased by his siblings, Joseph, Donald and Louis Jr. and Amelia Upton. He will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

Arrangements- A funeral mass for Mr. Archambault will be held on Monday, February 20, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at St. Bridget Church, 175 Main Street, Cheshire, CT. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home, 615 South Main Street, Cheshire, Ct. is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to American Cancer Society 825 Brook St., Rocky Hill, CT. 06067.
