Hyacinth Randall

CHESHIRE- Hyacinth Randall, 92, passed away Thursday, February 16, 2012 at her residence. She was the widow of Harold W. Randall.

She was born September 10, 1919 in Carboner, New Foundland, daughter of the late Capt. Lawrence and Bridget (Cook) Colford.

Hyacinth is survived by a son, Gary and his wife, Charlotte Thivierge of Cheshire; a brother, Dr. Gerald Colford of Ontario; a sister, Dola and her husband, Ted Hennessey of New Foundland; two granddaughters, Dawn and Jennifer; and three great grandchildren, Sara, Anthony and Alyssa. She was predeceased by three brothers, Thomas, Pete, and Pete Colford; and two sisters, Ann Glowsky and Marie Murphy.

Arrangements- A graveside service for Hyacinth will be held Saturday, February 18, 2012 at Cheshire Hillside Cemetery, Wallingford Road, 06410 at 10 a.m. There are no calling hours. The Alderson Funeral Home of Cheshire, 615 South Main St., 06410 is in charge of the arrangements. Donations in Hyacinth's name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
