George Patrick

George Patrick, 88, passed away Saturday April 23, 2016 at Waterbury Gardens Nursing Facility. He was the devoted husband of Dorothy (Mathews) Patrick whom he was married to for 66 years.

Mr. Patrick was born May 6, 1927 in Waterbury, son of the late Peter and Mary (Hosko) Patrick.

He was a graduate of both Leavenworth High School, and Post College. George went on to honorably serve in the United States Navy during World War II. Mr. Patrick was a Sales Manager in the Manufacturing Industry for many years prior to his retirement. He was also a Past Master of Harmony Lodge #42 A.F &A.M since 1969.

Besides his wife George is survived by his two sons Jay and his wife Grace Patrick of Waterbury, and Mark and his wife Judy Patrick of Spencer, TN; a sister Nell Zembruski of Waterbury; and four grandchildren.

Arrangements- Services for Mr. Patrick will be private and held at a later date. There are no calling hours. The Alderson-Ford Funeral Home of Waterbury, 9 Holmes Ave, 06710 is assisting with the arrangements.
