Naugatuck - Frank Russell, 81, passed away Saturday, February 28, 2015 at Waterbury Hospital.
Frank was born November 26, 1933 in Waterbury, the son of the late Horatio and Eleanor (Sears) Russell. He served his country during the Korean War in the U.S. Air Force. Frank was a very talented Artist, winning national recognition for one of his poems "Beware of the Road to Nowhere".
The family would like to thank the Glendale Center for the wonderful care provided over the years.
Frank is survived by his five children Rodney, Lynn, Ricky, Rhonda and Frank Jr.; his sister Barbara Gandolfo of Middlebury; his brother Ronald Russell of Naugatuck as well as many Nieces and Nephews.
Arrangements – A graveside service with Military Honors will be held at Grove Cemetery at the convenience of the family and there are no calling hours.
