WATERBURY - Francis "Frank" Loughlin III, 45, died June 3, 2011 in Waterbury.
Frank was born April 11, 1966 in Meriden the son of the late Francis and Kathleen (Flanigan) Loughlin Jr. He was a self employed home remodeler in the great Waterbury area. He will be greatly missed by his friends and family.
Frank is survived by his brother Richard of Waterbury; his sisters Mindy McNally of Waterbury and Vicki LeBreux of New York; several nieces and nephews and aunts. He is predeceased by his brother Robert "Butch" Loughlin.
Arrangements - Funeral services and burial will be held at the convenience of the family. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Alderson Funeral Home of Waterbury, 9 Holmes Ave.
